Does a woman exist?

Investigating this question, I reflect on the history - both the past history and the one being written now - and on the issues of big culture that are related to the asymmetry of the male and female. It is essential for me to reconsider the role of a woman, her self-determination and the way she feels in the modern world. That's why in my works I set primarily those questions that are addressed to myself.

Sometimes one feels like escaping to your own reality, being immersed in your own space, which can exist separately. Usually it means entering the space of loneliness. It's typical for me to ask questions in abstract form, to find my inner space and state in it.

This is where my interest in combining abstraction and figurative comes from: in my works, magazine images, Internet videos, found objects can be seen by unclear geometric forms, colored surfaces and collage. I'm constantly looking for new meanings through the process of creating works, asking questions more often than getting particular answers.
